The Farmers Market was a lot of fun today. It was overcast, cloudy and rain in the morning. All of the vendors showed up from all over, such as Choteau, Utah and many other places. We always have a great time, seeing people we have not seen for a long time and meeting visitors to our city. It’s amazing how wonderful the fresh produce is and, of course, the baked goods by the Pie Lady, the Amish and the Hutterites. Fresh chickens, wild salmon directly from Alaska. Homegrown produce from Whitehall and surrounding areas. It is colorful and full of excitement and pride shown by the vendors. There was music playing and artists with their beautiful work. We love what we do and sharing it with other people.
The photography is so exciting and Scott and I bring our newest productions to share. We are finally getting our name to be recognized by the people who come back each week and others who admire our work. Today, I had to take the pictures above. What an adorable little girl and her aunt. Expressions are priceless and the pink shoes were too much to pass up. How proud that aunt is of this little girl. This should be a treasure for each of them in the future. The flowers made it perfect. They agreed to let me take their picture, even though the little girl refused and I was just lucky to get a shot spontaneously. This so enjoyable seeing everyone on a bright, sunny day as the rain stopped and we all shared our productions with the crowd. There were quite a few people there today; but this picture made my day.
Hope you enjoy it as well. Thanks to these sweet people for allowing me to witness their joy in each other.
That’s what memories are made of!
